Utah Tax Check-off 2005!

According
to information provided by the State of Utah to the
Personal Choice Party of Utah's Moderator, Dr. Ken
Larsen, Utahn's used their 2005 Utah Tax Returns to
check-off funds for Utah political parties as follows:

Though
the Party's Constitution states: "Specifically, no
person or persons shall be authorized to receive funds
from any Government program, such as the State Income
Tax check-off."

Constitution),
the information shown above would seem to
indicate a remarkable acceptance and strength for a
brand new political party just beginning to scratch the
surface of the political landscape.
The Moderator has informed the State of Utah that the
Party would not be accepting the funds from the tax
check-off.

When do I register to vote?
Postmark
Deadline:
Voter registration
forms must be postmarked at least 20 days before an election in order to
vote in that election; or
In-person Deadline:
You may register in person at the County Clerk's Office until the 8th day
before the election.
When to Re-register:
Voter
registration is valid for life, unless you
- Move
- Change
your name, or
- Wish to
affiliate with a different party
To change your voter
registration status for any of the above reasons, simply fill out a new
voter registration form.
