Candidate Spotlight

Sarge Says:
It is time to waste your vote,
For a Change
Vote for Personal Choice

Then
Take personal responsibility

There are a multitude of issues facing us in this ever-changing environment. As a voter I see a better life for the citizens of District 22. I have focused on a few issues I feel need the attention of our elected officials NOW.

EDUCATION and TAXES

Both must be placed in the same bucket. As a father, grandfather and TAXPAYER I am very concerned that the TAX dollars given to education, and how they are spent. I strongly oppose the flat tax and income tax cuts that favor the wealthy at the expense of education. I am a strong advocate of the Jones/Mascaro proposal to eliminate the income tax breaks for large families.

Personal Choice
(Take Personal Responsibility)

I feel confident with wise tax changes, such as the voucher proposal, could become a reality benefiting, many families. However unless tax changes are made the voucher program is dead as I see it.

Illegal Aliens

I am a member of the Utah Minuteman Project and strongly support our actions. Our border security is very important. As a nation if we fail to control our borders, we will fail as a country, the same way the Roman Empire failed.

It took 20 years to create an illegal population
of more than
12 million.

Amnesty for LAW BREAKERS is immoral. Forced deportation will not work. ATTRITION THROUGH ENFORCEMENT WILL, because it is working now. It appears that around 200K settled illegal aliens are self-deporting each year. With mandatory workplace verification, mandated federal cooperation with local police enforcement efforts could quickly raise the number of self-deportation of illegal aliens.

RULE OF LAW NOW

Utah needs a law to limit government social programs to citizens. If I am elected to represent this district 22, I will work with like-minded parties to eliminate the tuition breaks for dependent aliens regardless of what high school they attended.

I NEED YOUR VOTE FOR A BETTER UTAH

LIVING WAGE

Our economy is doing great, according to our government officials. I don’t feel that is a fact for the rank and file citizen in district 22. Illegal labor in the state gives the false impression that there is a glut of labor. Fact is labor is like any other scarce commodity. As demand increases, wages should rise. Illegal aliens keep labor at glut levels, causing wage scale in the area to remain at near poverty rates. Wages will continue at the very low levels unless the Glut is reduced or a LAW mandates a living wage for labor. Forty hours of work during a week for the breadwinner shouldn’t leave a family of three below the poverty level. Today CEOs make over 400% more than the average worker. This is very immoral.

CHARITY

Charity begins at home and is not a Government program authorized by the constitution. It is time to eliminate poverty in the USA. There is no valid reason for the USA to have poverty and yet our tax-free charities send tax-free help outside the USA to countries uncommitted to getting it to the people in need. This action may look good, but US poverty needs action now by US Charities, not the Government. All government handouts are nothing more redistribution of wealth.

SOCIALISM OR COMMUNISM

Please share this pamphlet with you neighbor,
Thanks for you time.

K.C "Sarge".Froehle (Fraley)

After 22 years serving our country I retired with my family and live in Magna. My wife of 40 years, Claudette works for the Utah Department of Public Safety. Our two children are both Utah educated and have vacated the family nest. I am a life member of the VFW, and the DAV. I also am a member of the Utah Minuteman Project. I strongly believe in law enforcement. If laws are not important enough to enforce they need to be removed from the books. Out dated unconstitutional laws are not in the best interest of the public. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. All new laws need sunset clauses, which will require a relook, or they would expire. This is the job of our representatives. If elected to represent District 22 I will work to accomplish this, along with, better tax policy and less intrusion by government into matters of PERSONAL CHOICE. The principles of personal choice and responsibility our nation was founded on have been criminally ignored

Sarge Says
The word on the
Wasted Vote.
Is a vote for me a wasted vote?

You can vote for power or vote for principle. If you vote for power you try to influence the outcome of the contest between two power candidates, even though neither is what you want.

If you vote for principle, you ignore the polls and pick the candidate whose ideas are most like yours. I hope you like my principles and I hope you vote for principles. Voting for the "lesser of evils" in my opinion is the wasted vote.
